PROJECT-5: Unique Six stroke CCE engine research program.
A 6 stroke concept was proven by Bruce Crower who converted a conventional crankshaft Diesel engine.
The basic design configurations;
- 6 stroke Diesel/LPG/CNG/Ethanol/Petrol fuel, using Steam as second power stroke, with 15:1 Compression.
- One, two or Four cylinder X4 or Boxer engine configurations.
- 300~1200cc capacity with max 3'000 rpm +/-500, or other capacities.
- Design requires duel, Hi-pressure mechanical or electrical injector system, one for Fuel & one for Water.
Please note: When the centre drive shaft of a Revetec 'CCE' engine turns one full 360° revolution it stroke each piston six times (Three full strokes), and if used as indicated below it will provide two power strokes per 360° revolution, whereby a conventional engine crankshaft turning one full revolution (360°) only strokes each piston twice (one full stroke), thus a conventional crankshaft requires three 360° revolution to obtain the same amount of piston strokes as a Revetec 'CCE' engine provided in one revolution!
Research shows this design engine will use equal amounts of Fuel and Water, a benefit is the reduction of NOX in exhaust gasses, early indications show that once this engine reaches optimal operating temperature, a radiator or cooling system may not be require or the radiator size could be greatly reduced for cheaper manufacturing, this in turn leads to reduces scavenged energy/power by reducing valve train movements, and with the possibility of the redundancies of water jacket, water pump, radiator, hoses & clamps etc. further reducing the overall parts count for manufacturing and material costs!
Revetec is looking to form a joint venture with a mechanical engineers with manufacturing and a good knowledge of the internal combustion engine and gearing skill set, improvements made to our CCE technology during this process will remain a part of RHL intellectual property, a licence agreement signed from this association will be considered and viewed as a independent joint venture partner.
We are also researching into a sealed engine using, recovering & recycling R744 (CO2) gas system!
Due to our unique 6 stroke design, we are looking to use our CCE technology as an Air compressor or combination of both.
This design is a simulation of a Revetec 6 stroke design.
